TBL is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers.
Volunteer as a Narrator
If you have an excellent speaking voice, proficient reading skills, a passion for the written word, and are willing to offer these talents in service, then this opportunity may be for you.
Volunteer as an Editor
Editors listen to narrated talking books and make note of any errors (i.e. mispronounced words, omissions, etc.). A certain degree of computer proficiency is required.
Volunteer for Technical Production
We are looking for volunteers who have a background in audio production who can assist in editing narrator-produced raw audio, processing the audio for clean sound, and assembling the files into DAISY format.
